To Blog or Not to Blog

My daughter and two daughters-in-law have taken up blogging, something I had thought was a hobby peculiar to their own generation, certainly not to mine. However, I have so enjoyed reading their sites and viewing their photos; therefore, I think I'll try this thing myself since I do have spare time now and then. I've been retired from teaching for nearly five years now, and the only new thing I've taken on since then is planning the music for our early Sunday a.m. service, occasionally subbing at our local high school, and volunteering at our little public library. On occasion I get to enjoy extended visits with Jonah (one of our grandsons) or babysit Kadynce and Creed (two others of our seven grandchildren).

As I learn to post pictures, news, and events (and at my age learning is a lengthier process), I hope those who read this site will enjoy or get a good laugh.

A reason NOT to blog: I am an incurable procrastinator with a poor memory! Will I keep up with frequent postings, or will I get busy with other things and forget to add to this site? Time will tell.
